Surf at the Speed Limit Quay takes speed seriously. We have updated to digital lines so you can get where you need to go - fast! Our mail server scans for virus attachments and removes offending files. It's still a good idea to run your own anti-virus software as you want to be careful but we do delete 99.9% of incoming virus attachments. We also scan all incoming email for spam and mark it accordingly. Some folks like spam so it's not deleted - all incoming mail does come through - but it's marked "Probable Spam" to make it easy to delete.

Billing Policies All fees are due prior to the start date of service and payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and VISA credit cards. Yearly rates only pertain to accounts set up and billed on a yearly basis. Payment by cash or check must be paid quarterly in advance, credit cards will be billed monthly. Customers of Quay Internet must be of adult age (18 years old) or have written parental consent for Quay Internet services. Late payments may be subject to a late payment fee and suspension of services. Late payments are defined as payments 5 or more days past due. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 collection fee.
