Billing Policies All fees are due prior to the start date of service and payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and VISA credit cards. Yearly rates only pertain to accounts set up and billed on a yearly basis. Payment by cash or check must be paid quarterly in advance, credit cards will be billed monthly. Customers of Quay Internet must be of adult age (18 years old) or have written parental consent for Quay Internet services. Late payments may be subject to a late payment fee and suspension of services. Late payments are defined as payments 5 or more days past due. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 collection fee.

Terms & Conditions It is the policy of Quay Internet to offer unlimited, uncensored access to the Internet. However, as with any user-oriented service, Quay Internet has certain guidelines and rules which must be enforced for the benefit of both Quay Internet Accountholders and all other Internet users throughout the world. Quay Internet therefore requires it's account holders to adhere to the guidelines set forth herein. Please read these guidelines, and the Terms and Conditions for Dial-Up Services carefuly before opening or continuing a dial-up account. By using Quay Internet Services, you agree to comply with these guidelines, and Quay Internet may teminate your account if you fail to follow these guidelines. Quay Internet is provided on an as is, as available basis, no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. Quay Internet disclaims any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Quay will not be responsible for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Quay Internet. Nor shall Quay Internet be responsible for any damages whatsoever that result from istakes, omissions,interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of preformance whether or not caused by events beyond Quay Internet's reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, communications line failure, theift, destruction, or unauthorized access to Quay Internet records, programs, or services. In no event shall Quay Internet total liability for alldamages, losses, and causes of action exceed the aggregate dollar amount paid under the agreement. Quay Internet may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secrets. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Quay Internet from any claims resulting from your sue of the service which may damage your or another party. Quay Internet has a NO Spam Policy (bulk unsolicited email). Spammers will be canceled without notice and are subject to a fine of $250.00. Mail servers are monitored for excessive mailing output 24/7/365. Access Accounts are limited to one user/machine logon per account. Account holders may not share passwords or accounts with other individuals. In the event that the security of an account holder is compromised, Quay Internet shallprovide the account holder with a new password. The security of passwords/logons can be monitored at any time. Quay Internet defines active unlimited access as time you are connected to Quay Internet and actively using your system on the Internet. Use of any software or other method to maintain an unattended connection is forbidden and may be cause for termination of your access account. Dial up accounts are designed to provide on-demand access for all account holders, not dedicated connections. In the event that an account holder pre-pays for their Internet Access Account, any discounts given by Quay Internet for such paymet plans are calculated that the account holder is paying for the regular months of service and getting additional benefits at the end of the service term at a discount. In the event that a account holder cancels their service before the end of the term contracted, such account holder is no longer entitled to any discounts. Account holder acknowledges, agrees and assumes full responsibility to verify that the telpehone number that they are calling to access the Internet is a telephone number that is local to their area via there present telephone carrier. Quay Internet is not responsible in any way for any telephone charges incurred by any account holders when accessing the Internet. Quay Internet makes no Warranties as to the availability or right to use any Loginname, E-mail address, or web page address. Quay Internet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All policies stated herein are subject to change at Quay Internet's sole discretion and the accountholder shall be responsible for adhering to any new policies implemented by Quay Internet.
